• HUD/JHA accepted
• Credit and Background checks conducted
• $40 App Fees paid after submitting application.

Process;

Submit application
Provide proof of income and ID, we will reach out to you via email for this, then we will show the property, if you like it you then pay application fee of $40 for each adult
After credit/background/eviction check completed, application may be approved.
Pay security deposit, schedule utilities in your name, sign lease, pay first month's rent and move in.
